How to order
For internet orders, simply use the product menu on the left hand side of the page and select the category. Select your product, read the information & look at the pictures. If you would then like to purchase the item click the ‘Add To Basket’ button to order the item.You will be guided through the process, and asked to enter your contact details. Payment is taken through the World Pay website, ensuring that the process is totally secure. For details on 'World pays' security policies please click here.Once your products have been added to your shopping basket you can continue shopping and check out at your own convenience by clicking the Checkout Button which is on the top right hand corner of every page.

Post & Packaging for Wedding Stationery may differ. We will take every care to make sure that all orders are packed to the highest standard.

Setting up an account
When you order you will be asked if you would like to set up an account with us. In recognition of your rights to confidentiality. Impressions Crafts are committed to protecting your privacy.

Order processing
Internet orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday. (Except bank holidays) Telephone orders can only be placed between the hours of 10.00am and 5.00pm.

Postal ordering
If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order then you can write or telephone your order. Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of your cleared payment.

Delivery times
We will endeavor to ship all goods on the same working day, but please allow up to 10 working days delivery. If there is going to be a delay in despatching your goods, (eg a large part of your order is out of stock) we will let you know, and advise you of the expected despatch date. Wedding cards are normally foiled to order, and therefore may take longer than standard delivery times, we will contact you when the order is ready to despatch. local customers may wish to collect their Wedding Stationery.

We cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Any items out of stock for more than a week wll be placed on Back Order.
Back Orders will be held for one month only. Items may be re-ordered and a refund will be given on Items still out of stock after 1 month that have already been charged for.

Prices
At ImpressionsCrafts, we try to keep are prices low and increases to a minimum, but reserve the right to apply price increases passed on to us by our suppliers, where necessary.

Warranties
Goods are usually covered against defects in manufacture for 12 months. Details of these are contained with the packaging.

Undelivered goods
Under UK law, you are entitled to a cooling off period after placing your order. You may cancel your order without giving a reason and return your goods within 7 working days, following the day of receipt for a full refund on all charges other than postage. Goods must be returned new and unused. Where goods are supplied in sealed packs or containers they must be unopened. The cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibly of the customer. You are advised to obtain proof of postage from the post office. We are not responsible for the loss of any items during transit.

Faulty goods
In the unfortunately event of faulty goods being received, please contact us immediately to arrange their return. They must be returned to us within 28days of receipt. Any reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods will be refunded. We can not be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us. We recommend that goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure safe receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Accuracy
At Impressions Crafts we have used reasonable care and skill in compiling the content of this site and we accept no reasonability or liability for inaccuracy, errors or omissions. We also accept no responsibility or liability for any damage or injury to persons or property arising from the use of any instructions.
